Refunds and Registration Transfers

Refunds may be requested up to 28 August 2026

To request a refund, please email info@insa.network. Refunds requested on or before this date will be processed in full.
After 28 August 2026, refunds will not be available. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person to attend the 2026 INSA Conference, at no additional cost, by notifying the organisers in advance.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
If the conference is cancelled or significantly changed due to circumstances beyond the organisers control, registrants will be contacted promptly with information about available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer.
