Education and Policy Committee

Meet The

Education and Policy Team

INSA’s Education and Policy Committee comprises members from different parts of the world (currently Australia, Ireland, United States) that bring together different perspectives and frameworks for understanding and responding to school attendance problems. The overarching aim of the Committee is to advance INSA’s mission to promote school attendance, by offering opportunities for collaboration, networking and professional learning; collating examples of good and innovative practice; engaging with policy, research, and diverse interested parties; developing policy briefs and position papers; and evaluating the impact of the Committee’s education and policy change efforts. The Committee is interested in addressing barriers to school attendance by actively engaging with diverse audiences and co-creating responsive approaches that benefit both our members and wider community.
