INSA is committed to inclusive participation and recognises that conference registration fees can be a barrier for some members of our community. 

A small number of at-cost (or free if we have funds) registrations are available for individuals for whom the registration fee would otherwise prevent attendance. 

These places are very limited and are prioritised for applicants with demonstrated financial need, particularly students, parent or youth advocates, and colleagues based in low- or middle-income countries. 

In allocating at-cost registrations, consideration is also given to applicants’ contribution to the field and alignment with INSA’s mission, including participation in the conference program. 

Applications are assessed holistically and in the context of finite resources. Regrettably, not all eligible applicants can be supported in any given year. Please send an email to the conference Committee for further information to insaconference2026@gmail.com
